Adding to the previous email: I found one more single-line change that
seems to be needed to compile AmberTools16/Amber16 with gcc6.
Please apply the attached patch.
Note: this just gets things to compile--not certain there are no other
problems with using gcc6. However, the two changes needed were both
errors in the existing code that earlier compilers were OK, and were both
tiny changes. So I'm hoping things will be OK.
