[AMBER] compiling reduce with gcc6

I lost the original email, but yesterday there were posts about problems
with reduce using gcc6.

It looks like a simple typo in the source code that earlier compilers
accepted. See the attached patch. To apply:

cd $AMBERHOME
patch -p0 < reduce.patch

[Or: apply the patch by hand--it only involves two lines of code.]

Let us know if you have problems with this or with other parts of Amber
using gcc6
