Another way is:

Replacing your line with
*"trajin trajectprod.mdcrd 300 last 1" *I considered that you have 1
snapshot each 1 ps, so I started from snapshot 300. You will need to do the
math for your case. But I think that this way your plots Xaxis will be
from 0 to (last - 300).
