Dear all,
I have a query in cpptraj when we are plotting graph of RMSD versus time Is
it possible that we get these graphs not starting from 0 time but after a
specific time .....say from 300 ps ..
commands:
parm model3.prmtop
reference model3r25more.rst
trajin trajectprod.mdcrd
rmsd BB :1-390.C,CA,N ref model3r25more.rst out rmsdcal10.dat time 10
