What version of AmberTools are you currently running with Amber14?
I believe that update 6 to AmberTools15 added cuda 7.5 support (see: http://ambermd.org/bugfixes/AmberTools/15.0/update.6).

I was configuring Cuda 7.5 intending to use it for Amber 14 simulations.
And I received a message that Cuda 7.5 is not supported.
So, I should install Cuda 6.5 instead?
