Dear all
I have already installed successfully Amber-12 and AmberTools-12 under
ubuntu-14.04 in virtual VMware workstation 12 player on my Labtop. My
problem is, the time of each sander or sander.MPI session takes a longer
time (twice) than the same session in Amber-12 in a desktop computer with
Ubuntu 12.10. I can't guess where is the problem?
Any help will be appreciated.
