Dear Amber users
I have modelled structure using homology modelling (Swiss model,
modeller,and Modweb) and the model quality is not so good due to lack of
good target model. To improve the quality of model, secondary structure,
loops and Ramachandran plot, I wish to use MD simulation using Amber. I
appreciate, if could kindly suggest the methodology and references in this
regard.
