Have you installed the updates when you run the ./configure script? I believe 7.0 support is in one of the bug fixes.
Ex: When you run ./configure gnu it should look for amber15 updates and ask if you want to install the updates.

Subject: [AMBER] AMBER14 cuda installation problem
Hello everyone,
AMBER website says that AMBER14 supports CUDA 5.0,
5.5 , 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0. But when I am going to install AMBER14 in our
machine where CUDA 7.0 is installed, it is showing following error.
*Error: Unsupported CUDA version 7.0 detected.*
*AMBER requires CUDA version == 5.0 .or. 5.5 .or. 6.0*
*Configure failed due to the errors above!*
What is the reason behind this? I am following the procedure given in
manual to install the CUDA version of AMBER14. Please help.
Thanking you.
Sanjib
