Dear All
I want to calculate viscosity of system from autocorrelation functions of
the stress tensors. For this I searched in AmberTool 15 manuals and mail
archive.
I found direct command to calculate autocorrelation, but I couldn't get
an information about stress tensors autocorrelation.
Could you please help me in this to how to define stress tensors
autocorrelation or any other way to calculate viscosity of system in
AmberTool 15.
I'm waiting for the user's help.
