Dear All:
I have a protein with its ligand of a Mannose monosaccharide located in binding site.
How can I prepare the topology file for mannose??? I check the GLYCAM manual and find it is used for construct sugars for more than one, am I right??
So, does this mean I need prepare mannose using antechamber and load GAFF???
