Hi Jinyi,

This looks like a corrupt copy of AMBER 14 - it should have downloaded update 6 which adds support for CUDA 6.5 but it is reporting no patches available. the simplest solution is probably to delete your AMBER 14 source tree and then create it again by untarring the original AmberTools 14 and Amber 14 tar files.

Then when you run configure it should prompt you to apply updates. Say yes and then it should support CUDA 6.5.
