Hi,
Clever idea! Although I don't get any error message in cpptraj, the
resulting trajectory has fewer frames. But if I create two separate
trajectories the frames are correct, and although I can load them
separately on VMD without seeing any distortions, when I try to load them
both the frames are again incorrect.
