Hi,
Cpptraj isn't even available in those versions of Amber. However, you
can install and use AmberTools 14 for free
(
http://ambermd.org/AmberTools14-get.html). Note that even sander is
now free in AmberTools 14, so it's definitely worth it to upgrade.
