This tutorial (http://ambermd.org/tutorials/advanced/tutorial6/section2.htm) states that I must have the parallel version of sander (sander.MPI) installed and tested on my system. How do I do this? Sorry for the incredibly basic question, but I haven't been able to find a solution elsewhere.
