[AMBER] Cuda tests failure on GeForce GTX 780

Hi Amber users,

I have two GPUs - GTX 780 (ID=0,2 in deviceQuery output attached) for
simulation using Amber. I've cuda 5.5 installed in my system.
test.cuda has 8 fails on each GPUs. GPU ID was selected by environment
variable CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES.
What can be the problem? Are these failures critical for further
simulations using these GPUs or not?
I've attached test log and diffs files for both GPUs.
