1) Downgrade to 5.5 or 5.0.

2) Comment out the "exit 1" command in configure2 right after the error
message "Unsupported CUDA version" is printed. (It will still print the
error message, but it will continue running and produce a config.h
file).

#1 will work. #2 might not, but if you want to experiment with CUDA 6.0
that is what you have to do.
