However, you _cannot_ configure a system to use both AmberTools 13 and
AmberTools 14 at the same time, but very few other programs natively let
you do this (Python is the only counterexample I know of).
Moreover, I'd argue you should not use AmberTools 13 and AmberTools 14
at the same time -- just use the latest version (AmberTools 13 will very
quickly lose support).
In order to use any AmberTools 13 program on a system with AmberTools 14
installed, you must change AMBERHOME to point to the AmberTools 13
installation (and make sure you invoke the right program and/or that
your PATH is set up correctly). Unless you are comfortable with Linux
and have a good grasp of the shell environment, this will likely lead to
more confusion than anything else.
