Please report the results of the following commands:

echo $AMBERHOME
echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH

The "test_check.sh" script (in $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/test) is just comparing
these two variables. But we need to find out whether the problem is with
your environment, or whether the problem might be with the way the test in
being made by Amber.
