Recompile Amber on that machine. The most common reason for this
happening is that Amber was compiled on a different machine and then
transferred to the machine you are getting this error on. Or you
removed the libXt package from your system after building Amber, I
suppose...

You can possibly fix this by installing the missing shared libraries
(you'll need to install the libXt package for xleap to build
successfully, anyway), but by far the least complicated way is to just
recompile.
