Following my earlier message, just to let you know that the RuntimeError does not seem to affect the MMPBSA output.
Nevertheless, it would be good to know the source of the error message and how to get rid of it.
I’m running OSX 10.9.1 with 2 x 3.06 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon.
