I had to recompile Amber12 (AmberTools13) after my python libraries were messed up from the installation of another program.
Recompilation was successful and all tests passed.
I’m now trying to run MMPBSA.py.MPI and get the following error message:
RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 9 but this version of numpy is 6
I couldn’t find anything that could help me in the archive. I’d be grateful for any suggestions on the matter.
