Your AMBERHOME should be ..export AMBERHOME=/home/sabnam/amber12/
remove /bin/tleap.
I have never used XENVIRONMENT, and amber runs fine without this, so I
don't think it is mandatory. Now run the ./configure gnu/intel depending
upon your compiler.
