Dear Sir
I tried to follow you command to set path for tleap but still I am not able
to run the command for tleap
Here is how i set the path in .bashrc
export AMBERHOME=/home/sabnam/amber12/bin/tleap
export PATH=$PATH:$AMBERHOME/bin
set XENVIRONMENT=$AMBERHOME/dat/XaLeap_wcl
export XENVIRONMENT
Is it right or I have to redit it
