My fault, i haven't been clear asking my question, after run the
production (run.x) i got a lot of files (prod1.out, prod2.out....) how
process the data to get the prod1.out in a way it can be ploted by xmgrace
(xmgrace equil.rmsd, xmgrace summary.DENSITY ....)?.
the perl script (process_mdout.pl executed with the command line ./
process_mdout.pl heat.out density.out equil.out) used in the step before,
should be used again to extrac the data from the files
