Hi Amber users.
I'm using both cpptraj and ptraj.
trajin name.netcdf
trajin empty.netcdf (trajectory does not exist)
trajout dosomthing
rms dosomthing
with this input ptraj works fine by giving the error "Could not process
trajectory empty.netcdf" but cpptraj is not willing to pass the empty
trajectory and gives error message
Error: File empty.netcdf does not exist.
Error: trajin: Could not set up trajectory
any idea or if this is a bug let me know
