Dear All,
I am using AmberTools12 and Amber 12 to calculate nmode analysis. I got an error message as
AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'stdev'
Error occured on rank 0.
Exiting. All files have been retained.
I have found the same error message in amber mailing list, but no answer. Could you please suggest me to solve this problem?
