Hi,
I setup a DNA ligand system; if leap accepts ligand and DNA parameters
without any problem, showing no errors. there is little chance of unbinding
of ligand from the DNA. isnt it?(have experimental evidence of binding)
What else would have gone wrong? i didnt use iwrap, and the system has not
gone outside water. Also i tried reimaging with no effect. The system
really broke up. i couldnt find out any error.
