Dear all, thank you for such useful posts.
I have just installed amber 12 on ubuntu 12.04. previously i had the same
amber 12 on ubuntu 12.10 and when i wanted to start my simulations my
command line was
ayesha.ayesha-HP-Z220-CMT-Workstation:~/amber/amber12$ AMBERHOME/bin/tleap
my path in the bashrc file is set to "home/ayesha/amber/amber12"
the tleap would start perfectly.
However because ubuntu 12.10 was unstable on my machine, i changed to
ubuntu 12.10.
I installed both serial and parallel versions and also did the "make test"
command which runs alright.
now my issue is
The same command line "ayesha.ayesha-HP-Z220-CMT-Workstation:~/amber/amber12$
AMBERHOME/bin/tleap" does not work and i get
"bash: AMBERHOME/bin/tleap: No such file or directory"
i am not sure where the error is.
Can anyone help?
