Hi there,

I am trying to compile the cuda version of amber12 on a Ubuntu10.04 machine
with a GTX580 GPU card. I have installed the following version of the
NVIDIA drivers along with the cuda version 4.2 I have GCC ver 4.4.3 version.

However I Keep getting the following error,

lib -L/home/common/packages/amber12/lib -lnetcdf
/usr/local/cuda/lib64/libcudart.so: undefined reference to
`std::_List_node_base::_M_unhook().GLIBCXX_3.4.14'
/usr/local/cuda/lib64/libcudart.so: undefined reference to
`std::_List_node_base::_M_hook(std::_List_node_base*).GLIBCXX_3.4.14'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [pmemd.cuda] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/common/packages/amber12/src/pmemd/src'
make[2]: *** [cuda] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/common/packages/amber12/src/pmemd'
make[1]: *** [cuda] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/common/packages/amber12/src'
make: *** [install] Error 2

I had previously installed the pmemd cuda version of amber11 on the same
computer with the same hardware.

Has anyone else experienced such errors with compiling pmemd.cuda with
amber12?

Please help!

Thanks
