Dear Amber users,
I just compiled pmemd.cuda using amber12 with all new patches. I get the
following error when running the tests:
cudaMemcpyToSymbol: SetSim copy to cSim failed invalid device symbol
I went through similar posts hoping to find a solution, but those relevant
should be fixed with bugfixes 9 and 14.
Hoping for some tips.
