Dear AMBER users,
Can you please let me know how to extract the box dimensions along the time
from the trajectory files (mdcrd files) ?
I have the knowledge to use the ptraj vector command to perform the same.
I am using the following ptraj inputs:
trajin prod_1ns.mdcrd.gz
vector v1 box out v1-box.out
Can anyone correct me here, if I am doing wrong or missing any command?
