I had the same problems when installing amber on Mac OS X 10.8 and,
although it worked to add the extra line in *
AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src/leap/src/leap,** *I'm still stuck with the
following error:
(cd leap && make install )
Compiling basic programs
cd src/leap && make installteLeap
gcc -c -I/usr/X11R6/include -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE
-DBINTRAJ -o basics.c
gcc: no input files
make[3]: *** [basics.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [install] Error 2
make[1]: *** [serial] Error 2
make: *** [install] Error 2
any suggestions?
