Hey all,
Just installed a new card (GeForce GTX 690) and I am wondering. When I am
running the benchmarks (pmemd.cuda -O -i mdin -o mdout -p prmtop -c inpcrd)
is that by default using both of the cuda cores on the one card? or do I
need to compile and do an mpi run?
