Hello everyone,
The bug in MacPorts goes deeper than we first thought. Please ignore my
previous patches that allow Amber to build with these compilers. Even if
you get Amber built, they will be broken, and will fail ~half of the tests.
There is a workaround for getting Amber built on these platforms, with
specific instructions found here:
http://jswails.wikidot.com/mac-os-x-workaround -- this is linked in a
couple of places on that Wiki.
Until MacPorts fixes their issue with their compilers (and gmp), you will
need to follow those instructions (or play with fink) to work with any
Fortran program.
