Dear Sir/Madam,
I am doing pnemd calculation, but I found the following error message all the time, what does it means?
At line 138 of file inpcrd_dat.f90 (unit = 9, file = 'md23.rst')Fortran runtime error: Bad value during integer readAt line 138 of file inpcrd_dat.f90 (unit = 9, file = 'md23.rst')Fortran runtime error: Bad value during integer readAt line 138 of file inpcrd_dat.f90 (unit = 9, file = 'md23.rst')Fortran runtime error: Bad value during integer readAt line 138 of file inpcrd_dat.f90 (unit = 9, file = 'md23.rst')Fortran runtime error: Bad value during integer read
I am sure my md23.rst file is OK, as I can run it on my other machines. Could it be due to some known bug in AMBER11, as I just installed it to my new machine, and these errors only occurs in my new machine.
Best regards,
Catherine
