[AMBER] how long does cuda test usually take?

Just curious what I should expect.
the test:

cd chamber/dhfr_cmap/ && ./Run.dhfr_charmm.md SPDP
/home/jonathan/amber12/include/netcdf.mod

has been going for ~40 min or so. Just curious how long it usually
takes... or rather when should I start to worry?
