Hi Istvan,
I should add to this that while the Fermi performance has not changed much,
AMBER 12 is more a feature increase than a performance increase, we are
working on adding support for Kepler cards (GTX680 etc) to AMBER 12 and will
release a patch updating it shortly. It is very unlikely that AMBER 11 will
be retroactively patched for Kepler since the changes are quite
considerable.
