I am Guilherme Vilhena and I am currently working as a post-doc in the
group of Professor Ruben Perez.
In the beginning of this year he had bought AMBER11 for our research.
(Please let me know if you need further details concerning this.)
I am using your software to study a protein over a mica surface.
We are interested in studying the mechanical properties of this protein. So
in this sense the surface type is not that relevant, we just need a
physical support for the protein.
Do you have any tutorial or manual concerning this kind of problems? Or any
other kind of reference, please.
