[AMBER] Fwd: abertools12 installation failure

If relevant, I should add that, having two GTX-580 cards (used for
NAMD), I also have the corresponding (updated) nvidia driver, compiled
by Debian itself. However, I did not activate the GTX cards when
running ambertools12 configure.
