Dear All,
I am now installing Ambertools 12. At the end of "make install", I got the following message:
"/cygdrive/d/AMBER12/amber12//src/Makefile not found, or -noamber was set. This is expected if you have not installed Amber12."
Does this infleunce the normal function of my installed Ambertools 12, or does it infleunce my installation of Amber 12?
I am looking forward to getting your reply.
