[AMBER] Conflict between AmberTools 1.5 and Cuda

Hi!

I have a conflict between AmberTools 1.5 and Cuda

AmberTools 1.5 requires at least a gcc 4.6 and above.
But the Cuda ToolKit requires a gcc 4.4 and below.

How do I reconcile the two?
