Can you be more specific about what you mean by ambertool11? You *must*
install amber10 with AmberTools version 1.2 (these will both go into a
directory tree that has "amber10" at the top.)
If you wish, you may also install AmberTools 1.5, but that will be in a
separate directory tree, headed by "amber11". Don't put anything but
AmberTools 1.2 in the amber10 tree.
