Dear Amber Team
I was using the following commands in Amber 8 to measure the distance and
when I tried the same with Amber 11 the measured distance is zero for all
the frames.
trajin wt_wo_GRFAAAIAK.tra
center :*
image center familiar
#Distance#
distance dist_73-84_139-150 :73.CA-84.CA :139.CA-150.CA out distance.dat
