If you want to send the pdb, either privately or publically, I'll
look at it. If you want to allow others to try loading it in leap,
I'd add the lib file for the ligand too. (I don't have leap
installed myself, since I've been working in other fields for a while.)
If you want more privacy with the latter option, maybe a developer
would volunteer to try it.
