I am going to apply umbrella sampling method with amber 10. My system has two proteins, A and B. I know I can apply the harmonic force between one atom in protein A and another atom in protein B. My question is can I apply the harmonic force between the center of mass of protein A and the center of mass of protein B? Thanks a lot.
