[AMBER] help

Hi,
I have three files of AMBER force field parameters, and i put them in the attachement. And i also put the original article in the attachement.
However, i cannot understand the meaning of the three files.
can any one kindly offer some material that explain the force field parameters. I have read the manual, but i still cannot understand them correctly.
Please give me some suggestions
