We've been struggling with the installation of Amber 10 on an Ubuntu machine as well as a Mac running OS X 10.5. In both cases, we successfully installed AmberTools 1.2 and then when we install Amber 10, we get error messages about Sander. At first we thought the software had been installed and we were working through the tutorial. We got to the section that required sander and the computer pointed out that sander was missing. Indeed, there is no file called sander in the bin directory of amber10. We've been searching through the archives but haven't found anybody with this same exact problem. We ran "make serial," but we don't have a serial version of sander. We DO have sander.LES on the Mac, mysteriously. But there's no sign of any other version of sander on the Mac. And there's nothing called sander in the exe folder on the Ubuntu machine. We would appreciate any insights you can offer about how we can get the software fully installed.
