You are really going to have to learn enough about Unix/Linux to solve
these sorts of problems on your own. You can google things like "setting
path in bash", "setenv: command not found", or find a basic book or web
tutorial on using Linux. Since you are at a University, see if you can
find a friend to help, or see what resources are available from a computer
science or similar department. These are things you need to learn, for
Amber and for any type of scientific computing.
You could also consider upgrading to the current version of AmberTools, as we
have a bit more explicit instructions about installation now. But there is
really no substitute for learning enough about Linux to make progress on your
own.
