Hi.
I have a problem with rst file. After any step it gives an error with "Unit 9
Error on OPEN mdx.rst". I have changed nstlim and rerun for times but I have not
succeded. Here is my input file and rst file attached.
and the command is : mpirun -np 4 pmemd -O -i md.in2 -o md1-1.out -p
../prmtop/nt-wi.top -c md1.rst -r md1-1.rst -x md1-1.mdcrd -ref
../prmtop/nt-wi.crd
