Hi everybody,
I have to switch from amber8 to amber11. I have a script which was using
the "protonate" method of amber8.
$AMBHOME/protonate <$input >$output in a shell file
I saw this method is enabled in amber10, but I cannot find anything
about its replacement or its disappearing in amber11.
The question is simple, how can I replace the use of the "protonate"
method in using amber11?
Sorry if I missed a previous post or any explanations in the FAQ or in
the archives.
